About

We have driven the need to establish a program to educate underserved populations in the administration of a legal system  including:

Training of future leaders through a law school education. Testing proficiency of professionals with the Haven Bar Examination (and the Haven Baby Bar for first year law students) to practice law in the Tribal Nations managing the practice of law in the Tribal Nations, including use of our mediation and arbitration systems for dispute resolution and  supervising the other aspects of the legal system that will help our tribal partners to be secure, sustainable, profitable in a way that helps engender the best quality of life for our constituents.

And Economic-Commerce- Haven Legal Solution- Haven Financial Membership has been designed to foster and finance the symbiotic elements of our Culture and Society, so that we create a groundswell of innovators and value-creators interested in creating sustainable growth and prosperity.  We believe that the power of an economic infrastructure flows like water, with the the possibility of cognitive dissonance and cooperation increasing the impact of our efforts to make the world a better place.

Director, Bar Association of the Chihene Nde Nation of New Mexico

Michael Meyer believes that if communities can come together to envision a sustainable, productive future, that the synergies of success in groups allow them to finance and support for themselves the resourcing that has traditionally been left to the larger, Tier-1 banks. As the banks and big corporations get even larger, we believe that collaborative financial memberships can offer the keys to success.

Noting the value of financial institutions and infrastructures to the blossoming of any community of commercial interest, the idea of returning to the “mutual” networks that sustained financial growth and security with private ownership interests in our banking, property & casualty, life and other financial entities gives us a chance to remember what “It’s A Wonderful Life” was all about, and that there is value in communities finding the “Building and Loan” that will help bring us back to the core values on which our societies have thrived and prospered.
