Tribal Economic Membership

Like the United States, Tribal Nations are allowed to encourage foreign investment. We have designed this program to be very similar to the EB-5 program in some respects, but entirely different in others. Applicants become part of a unique tribal culture and economy, and participate in non-US version of investment across these compelling projects (hotel-casino, community infrastructure, and other guaranteed forms of investment with tax leverage and insurance-linked advantages. After a person has partnered with us for development of tribal projects, we can sponsor them for USCIS acceptance and verify through a federal judge that they have met all preconditions for US immigration at a later time, if so desired.

This is what the US government says about Enhanced Tribal Identification:

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY U.S. Customs and Border Protection [CBP Dec. 19–13] Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative: Designation of an Approved Native American Tribal Card Issued by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community as an Acceptable Document To Denote Identity and Citizenship for Entry in the United States at Land and Sea Ports of Entry AGENCY: U.S. Customs and Border Protection, DHS. ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: This notice announces that the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection is designating an approved Native American tribal card issued by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community to U.S. citizen tribal members as an acceptable travel document for purposes of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative. The approved card may be used to denote identity and citizenship of Swinomish Indian Tribal Community members entering the United States from contiguous territory or adjacent islands at land and sea ports of entry. DATES: This designation will become effective on December 26, 2019.

We invite investors to partner in real estate development as a way to come to the United States and work to build our dreams together. Some of our Tribal Economic Members love the opportunity to work with our Tribal Nations, but they seek to go beyond that to US citizenship. The preparation of a set of applications for USCIS immigration (you could choose L-1, EB-1c, EB-5 or whatever makes most sense to you). The Tribe will document your satisfaction of the appropriate pre-conditions for USCIS applications, and provide verified documents in that regard.
